My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, although adequate and comfortable, could really use a solid makeover as it felt old and not very clean. However, the location was great, near many attractions, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. However, there were some issues with service such as using the same disposable gloves for different tasks and not informing us about insecticide usage near our room.

The hotel is conveniently located just beside the old wall of the ancient city, close to many Chiang Mai attractions and the Kad Suan Kaew shopping mall.

The hotel has been a lovely place to stay in the past with a good breakfast that, although repeated daily, offers enough variety to satisfy everyone. The view from the room is of a rather bleak multistory car park. Conveniently located near the airport, a 711 store, and a central shopping mall, but lacks an iron in the room.
